Refund policy

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 45 days, for any reason and without a justification. This is provided in addition to and does not affect the mandatory consumer rights under the local laws of each country as specified below.

Under the Australian Consumer Law (2010), you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Belgium

Denmark

New Zealand
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand), you are entitled to return the product and get a refund if it is faulty

United States
Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (1975), you are entitled to a refund if the goods are faulty or not as described.
